Referral Partner Policy
This Policy Agreement outlines the terms, conditions, and expectations for doctors and clients participating in the Thomas Care Group Referral Program. By entering into this agreement, all referral partners agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Confidentiality:
Referral partners must maintain the confidentiality of all patient information and not disclose any sensitive details regarding Thomas Care Group’s operations or client interactions to unauthorized individuals.
2. Referral Process:
Referrals should be made through the established communication channels of Thomas Care Group. Partners are responsible for ensuring that referred clients understand the services available and how to engage with our team.
3. Commission Structure:
Referral partners will receive a commission for each successful referral that converts into a client. The specific commission rates and structure are detailed in the attached commission breakdown document.
4. Professional Representation:
Referral partners, especially healthcare professionals, are expected to represent Thomas Care Group ethically and professionally, ensuring that recommendations align with the best interests of clients.
5. No Direct Agreements:
Partners should not enter into direct agreements with referred clients regarding services outside the scope of Thomas Care Group. All services must be coordinated through our organization to maintain consistency and quality.
6. Communication:

7. Training and Resources:

Thomas Care Group reserves the right to terminate this agreement if a referral partner fails to comply with the outlined policies or engages in practices that undermine the integrity of the referral program.
