Refund and Cancellation

At Thomas Care Group, we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed, ensuring clarity and understanding regarding our registration fee, deposit, and service charges.


1. Registration Fee & Deposit

  • Clients are required to pay a refundable deposit of INR 2,500 upon registration.
  • The registration form is free; however, the deposit must be paid immediately upon submitting the form to confirm service.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility


(A) If the Client Cancels the Service Within 10 Days of Registration:

If the client cancels the service before availing it and has not taken a caretaker, the full deposit amount of INR 2,500 will be refunded to their registered bank account.
However, if the client does not respond after paying the registration fee, the amount will be non-refundable.
The refund process will take 3 to 5 business days from the date of cancellation.


(B) If the Client Cancels the Service After Availing It for Less Than 10 Days:

If a client cancels the service after taking a caretaker for a few days but before completing 10 days, the full caretaker service charges must be paid separately by the client.
The INR 2,500 deposit will be refunded in full, and an invoice for the caretaker’s service will be sent to the client.
A valid reason for cancellation is required. If the reason is related to pricing, the deposit will not be refunded. If the issue is about the service quality, we will attempt to resolve it from our side before processing any refund.


(C) If the Client Cancels the Service After 10 Days:

If a client cancels the service after 10 days, the INR 2,500 deposit will be converted into a non-refundable registration fee, and no refund will be provided.
Any additional service charges for the caretaker must be paid separately by the client.
If the cancellation is due to a service-related issue, we will first attempt to resolve the problem before making any further decisions regarding refunds.

 

3. No Refund for Caretaker Services Already Availed

  • Once a caretaker has provided service, the amount for their work is strictly non-refundable.
  • Our team will calculate the exact service charges, and an invoice will be sent to the client.
  • Clients must pay the caretaker’s service charges separately, using the payment methods mentioned on the invoice.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and credited to the client’s registered bank account.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless stated otherwise.
