Service Partner Policy
This Policy Agreement outlines the terms, conditions, and professional expectations between Thomas Care Group and partnered homecare agencies providing nurses. By entering into this agreement, both parties agree to adhere to the following rules:
- Confidentiality:
Partnered agencies and their nurses shall not disclose personal homecare agency details to patients or their families. All communication regarding services, payments, or agreements must be conducted exclusively through Thomas Care Group. - Payment Structure:
Thomas Care Group will pay partner agencies based on the agreed contractual amount after receiving payments from clients. Any discrepancies in payments must be promptly reported to Thomas Care Group for resolution. - Professionalism:
Nurses provided by partnered agencies are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism, exhibiting ethical behavior at all times during patient care and interaction. - Incident Reporting:
All concerns, incidents, or issues arising during patient care must be reported directly to Thomas Care Group. Under no circumstances should these matters be communicated to patients or their families. - Service Continuity:
Partnered nurses must ensure continuous and consistent care as per the agreed-upon schedule. Any changes in care schedules or cancellations must be communicated in advance to Thomas Care Group for approval. - Uniform and Identification:
Nurses are required to wear the designated uniform and carry proper identification when visiting clients, signifying their partnership with Thomas Care Group. - Respect for Privacy:
All patient information and medical records are to remain confidential. Any breach of patient privacy will result in immediate action, including potential termination of the partnership. - No Direct Deals:
Partnered agencies and nurses are prohibited from forming any direct agreements or engaging in independent contracts with clients or their families. All services must be coordinated and billed exclusively through Thomas Care Group. - Nurse Training and Experience:
All nurses must hold one of the following qualifications: B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing, DGNM (Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery), or DNA (Diploma in Nursing Assistance). Additionally, each nurse must have at least 3+ years of professional experience to ensure the highest standard of care. - Payment Schedule:
Payments to partner agencies will be processed between the 2nd and 5th of each month. On occasion, payments may be credited as early as the 1st of the month. Any delays or concerns regarding payment should be immediately brought to the attention of Thomas Care Group. - Referral Partnership Eligibility and Standards: All referral partners must have a verified background in healthcare or related services and possess a strong understanding of the homecare industry. Partners are expected to adhere to ethical referral practices, ensuring that clients are directed to Thomas Care Group only through transparent, professional, and trustworthy recommendations.
