Thomas Care Group – Referral Partner Policy

This policy outlines the terms and responsibilities of participating in the Thomas Care Group Referral Partner Program. By joining the program, referral partners agree to follow the guidelines below to ensure a professional, transparent, and trustworthy relationship.

1. Confidentiality

Referral partners must protect the privacy of clients and maintain the confidentiality of personal, medical, and other sensitive information. Such information must not be shared with unauthorised individuals. Internal business information must also be treated as confidential.

2. Referral Process

All referrals should be submitted through the official communication channels provided by Thomas Care Group. Partners should ensure that prospective clients understand the services available and, where appropriate, have agreed to be contacted by our team.

3. Referral Commission

Eligible referral partners may receive a commission for each successful referral that meets the program's requirements. Commission rates, eligibility criteria, and payment terms will be communicated separately. Commissions are subject to the applicable program terms.

4. Professional Conduct

Partners are expected to represent Thomas Care Group honestly and professionally. All information shared about our services, pricing, and care arrangements must be accurate. Partners must not make misleading promises or guarantee outcomes on behalf of the company.

5. Client Relationships and Service Coordination

Referrals made through the program should be coordinated with Thomas Care Group. Partners must not misrepresent themselves as authorised employees or enter into service arrangements on behalf of the company without prior authorisation. All services provided by Thomas Care Group remain subject to the company's agreed terms and procedures.

6. Communication

Partners should maintain clear and timely communication with Thomas Care Group regarding referrals, client enquiries, and any concerns. Questions about service availability, pricing, care requirements, or arrangements should be directed to our team for accurate information.

7. Training and Resources

Thomas Care Group may provide information, guidance, and resources to help partners understand our services and referral procedures. Partners are encouraged to use these resources to make informed and appropriate referrals.

8. Suspension or Termination

Thomas Care Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the referral program if a partner violates this policy, provides misleading information, breaches confidentiality, engages in misconduct, or otherwise acts against the interests of clients or the integrity of the program.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By registering for or participating in the Thomas Care Group Referral Partner Program, partners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this policy, along with any applicable commission terms communicated separately.
